The National Trust property Antony House near Plymouth was a location for Tim Burton's "Alice in Wonderland". For the Trust we created the Alice in Wonderland Experience featuring: 8 metre high animated clock, a butterfly trail, magical garden through a rabbit hole, croquet, Alice's bedroom, Mad Hatter's parties, surreal topiary, an Alice statue and the Caucus race with no rules. Over 55,000 visitors came within four months of its opening in March 2010 compared to around 18,000 for all 2009. It generated media coverage worth equivalent to £250,000 with a reach of 6.5 million.
"It was just magical, the adults enjoying themselves as much as the children. The performers were all brilliant and we couldn't have had more fun unless we had fallen down that rabbit hole! We have been members of the National Trust for many years but this was one visit we will never forget." Visitor
